Q: I just submitted my application. How do I know that OMA received it correctly? A: You will receive a screen message and an email notification after successful submission. This email contains a reference number for your application. Q: What can I do if I have problems with uploading my attachments? A: Attachments cannot be larger than 2MB. If you still encounter problems, please email This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it Q: Do I need to submit separate applications for every position that I want to apply for? A: No. Should you want to apply for more than one position at the same time, select “Open application / multiple positions” in the dropdown menu, then list the roles you wish to apply for, separated by a comma, in the “Specify role(s)” field. Q: How long will it take for my application to be reviewed? A: The review process for applications may take up to one month. You will be informed of the result of your application by email. Follow-up calls are not necessary. |
